Speedweigh 600 - High Speed Automatic Weighing Machine:

This linear weigher makes low cost high speed weighing a reality. It is designed for use in larger volume packaging lines where multihead weighers are not practical due to cost, size or complexity.

Compact construction enables several units to be sychronised together on high speed packaging lines utilising minimum floor area.

It is capable of being quickly stripped down for cleaning and machine and electric's are fully hoseproof. This popular weigher is in use on ready meal lines, snacks, confectionery, chilled meat, tea, tablets, prawns and grated cheese.

Controls:

A choice of two control systems is available. The 'Speedweigh' programmable controls give the option to select pre-set product codes eliminating the need for operator intervention.

The 'Genus' controls are manually set and simple to operate where only a few weights or products are to be handled with the added benefit of lower cost.

Performance:

This is dependent on the type of product being handled. Throughputs up to 50 weighments per minute on the lightweight snack products are possible and the weight range can be adapted from as little as 2 grams up to 500 grams depending on product density. (1Kg in double discharge mode).
